Kurt Siebenaller, partner, joined Baker Tilly’s Michigan commercial practice in 2017. Kurt brings more than 20 years of experience serving as a strategic business advisor to a number of industries including construction, real estate and manufacturing. He has extensive knowledge of tax compliance issues, federal state and local tax planning, business forecast projections and business planning. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Kurt served as a principal at a nationally recognized firm.

Experience providing value-added recommendations with regard to construction, real estate and manufacturing tax regulations including tax-deferred exchanges, passive activity regulations and IRS code 460 strategies
Collaborates with management to identify tax strategies and corporate restructuring efficiencies to minimize risk specifically in the area of manufacturing
Specializes in year-end tax planning strategies for corporations, partnerships and individuals
Assists clients in transitioning businesses from one generation to another
