Zach Kabb

Zach Kabb is a director of business development with Baker Tilly’s private equity practice. He works collaboratively with private equity firms and their portfolio companies throughout the transaction life cycle to enhance client value and drive results. He serves as the primary point of contact and coordinator for services across the various lines of business and appropriate partners at Baker Tilly in Southern California. He leverages his industry knowledge and experience reviewing hundreds of private equity transactions in prior roles to serve as a trusted advisor.

Zach previously worked in senior secured lending where he focused on originating and structuring credit solutions for private equity firms across Los Angeles. He also worked as an underwriter and field examiner, where he traveled across the Western United States conducting due diligence on middle market businesses. He was previously recognized as a Los Angeles Rising Star by the Association for Corporate Growth.
